Help With Research Wiki

CUNY on iTunes U
This wiki supports a university-wide, collaborative effort coordinated by the Computing and Information Services Project Management Office to establish a CUNY presence on iTunes U. The project encompasses the university and its 23 colleges and schools, and consists of two tracks: track 1) sponsored by the Office of Academic Affairs focuses on the use of rich media in teaching and learning, and track 2) sponsored by University Relations focuses on public and community affairs objectives. The Urban Earth wiki is an on-line community and meeting space for educators, students and sustainability experts to exchange information and inspiration on the topic of urban sustainability. It is a user-driven tool that encourages personal expression as well as collaborative learning and content creation. It is a place to share data, ideas, papers, poems - there is no real limit on what you can contribute. Quickly and easily editable by all, Urban Earth is a great resource for tapping into the pulse of the urban sustainability community both within CUNY and beyond.

Off Campus and Off the Web Site: Reaching and Teaching Library Users Online on Social Networks--The Wiki!
Resources for those interested in using the social networking web sites MySpace and Facebook for library services. A Brooklyn College librarian and a librarian from Ball State University originally designed the wiki for a workshop offered at the 2007 Off-Campus Library Services conference in Denver, Colorado.
